Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Hiddencarrier Septic wants everyone to be able to use hiddencarrier.property, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors use the whole site with only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@hiddencarrier.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
Feedback on accessibility is welcome. Email contact@hiddencarrier.property and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
Reach a local provider
Describe your septic or sewer problem and we will connect you with an independent local provider. Request a callback or send a request to compare estimates.
